We ship Australia wide using a combination of couriers and Australia Post. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

You will receive an email confirmation with delivery details once your order has been dispatched. If you select Click & Collect, we will call or email you when your order is ready to collect.

Goods are sent within 1 - 2 days business days of order. The delivery times provided by MILLIEJONES are estimates only. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. MILLIEJONES cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
All parcels are given a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your parcel has been shipped.
All products listed on the website are held in stock, unless otherwise indicated (e.g. Sold Out, Preorder). All orders are subject to availability and if out of stock, we will contact the supplier and advise you of an ETA. If this does occur, we will either offer a substitute product, backorder the item, or cancel the item from your order. If an item is unavailable, we will issue a refund via the original payment method.

Exchanges are welcome within 14 days of the purchase date, please contact us via email before sending back items. If you are wishing to return a product for an exchange or credit please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the product description, the reason for the return and whether you would like a credit or an exchange.

Please note MILLIEJONES does not offer returns on earrings and cosmetics due to Health and Safety Regulations. There is no return or exchange on Sale or Clearance items or items purchased with a discount code, unless required by law.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If for any reason the goods you receive are faulty or damaged in any way we will be happy to exchange the items or offer a full refund. The damaged product will be replaced with the same item as soon as possible. An alternative product will be offered in cases where stock is no longer available. Please note that it is necessary to provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt via email to email@example.com.
Where a refund is due, this will be processed onto the credit/ debit or via Paypal with which the purchase was made, within three working days from the date the returned goods are received. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect against an account, depending on the bank.
