SHIPPING

Shipping Costs
We ship Australia wide using a combination of couriers and Australia Post. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Flat Rate Shipping $12 and Free Shipping for orders over $150.

We also offer CLICK & COLLECT, which means you can shop online and collect your purchase from our Jindalee store.  We will call or email you when your order is ready to collect.

If you would like your purchase gift wrapped, please write in comments section at Checkout.

Delivery Times
Goods are sent within 1 - 2 days business days of order.  The delivery times provided by MillieJONES are estimates only.   Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. MillieJONES cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

All parcels are given a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your parcel has been shipped.

Product Unavailability
All products listed on the website are held in stock, unless otherwise indicated (e.g. Sold Out, Preorder). All orders are subject to availability and if out of stock, we will contact the supplier and advise you of an ETA.  If this does occur, we will either offer a substitute product, backorder the item, or cancel the item from your order.  If an item is unavailable, we will issue a refund via the original payment method.

RETURNS

If you would like to return a product, please ensure you have read our Returns Policy below.

Returns Policy
Exchanges are welcome within 14 days of the purchase date, please contact us via email before sending back items. If you are wishing to return a product for an exchange or credit please email us at hello@milliejones.com.au and include the product description, the reason for the return and whether you would like a credit or an exchange.

The following conditions apply for returns:

  • The product is returned within the 14 day period
  • Goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, unopened and with no damage to the product or packaging. Product tags must still be attached (if applicable).
  • Returns for change of mind purchases are for the product price only, and does not include the amount paid for shipping.
  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend returning the goods via a traceable method (e.g. Registered Post).  MillieJONES are not liable for any items lost in transit.
  • If you choose to exchange, return postage will need to be paid prior to us sending the exchanged product back to you.

Please note MillieJONES does not offer returns on earrings and cosmetics due to Health and Safety Regulations. There is no return or exchange on Sale or Clearance items or items purchased with a discount code, unless required by law.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If for any reason the goods you receive are faulty or damaged in any way we will be happy to exchange the items or offer a full refund. The damaged product will be replaced with the same item as soon as possible. An alternative product will be offered in cases where stock is no longer available.  Please note that it is necessary to provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt via email to hello@milliejones.com.au.

Where a refund is due, this will be processed onto the credit/ debit or via Paypal with which the purchase was made, within three working days from the date the returned goods are received. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect against an account, depending on the bank.
